Membership in a Greek organization brings with it a financial
responsibility. The average cost of living in a fraternity
or sorority house is very comparable to living in University
housing. These costs include room, board, national and local chapter
dues. Most chapters have additional one-time pledging and
initiation fees. The majority of chapters offer out-of-house
living opportunities, with applicable fees assessed. Specific
financial information may be obtained from individual chapters.
