The twelve fraternities and six sororities at the
University of North Dakota together create the Greek
community.
Greek membership provides students the opportunity to develop
close friendships while encouraging ideals,
goals, and leadership skills. Founded upon the principles
of scholarship, leadership, community service,
and lifelong friendships, Greek organizations practice
these ideals everyday in their pursuit of excellence.
Rituals, values, and principles: these are what sets
Greek organizations apart from all other student
organizations. Involvement in a fraternity or sorority
develops lifelong commitment to UND's campus
through involvement in service, leadership, scholarship,
and friendship.
